About
David Griffith-Sackey

The focus of my heart is family, and this has been my passion throughout my adult life. That's why I am truly blessed and grateful to be the husband to a wonderful person called Donna and a father to two inspiring girls, Charmaine and Jada. This is by far my greatest achievement and priority in life.
My family network extends to a wonderful father and mother (God bless them), eight siblings and 19 amazing nephews and nieces, not to mention my wife's side of the family.
I am a soccer loving, enthusiastic table tennis player, who loves to serve and empower people. This said, I crave quality time with Donna and my children, and some precious time alone time to reflect and meditate. I’m a lover of good movies, good books and a good laugh.

I am also a speaker, business performance consultant and a certified Dale Carnegie trainer & coach helping to improve and transform the performance of hundreds of people in businesses, many of which are fortune 500 organisations. As a vocation, I provide personal development training and coaching to young adults, helping to change their attitudes, mindset, and behaviours with a view to making a significant contribution to society and achieving success by fulfilling their purpose in life. This is a far cry from my former life as a graphic designer where having achieved a Master’s degree in Electronic publishing, I worked with several award-winning design and advertising agencies for over 17 years.

MY ASSIGNMENT
I am on a mission to help young adults live rich, purposeful and fulfilling lives. My book Tame Your Boss and the Personal Leadership Mastery workshops are some of the vital tools young adults are using to pursue their goals in life. Tame Your Boss empowers people by following a geniune road-map based on principles from the bible. This approach is a practical step-by-step process to identify, prioritise, pursue and fulfil our purpose in life.
